I have extensive experience in raising complex invoices and quotes tailored to the specific needs of a company. I ensure accuracy and compliance, while maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams.​ I have prepared month-end accounts payable and receivable detailed reports and provided clear and concise communication of financial data. I have created journal entries for accruals, pre-payments, payroll and month-end stock take, as well as completing the daily bank reconciliation. I utilize advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP to streamline data.

 

I have previously been tasked with obtaining and creating information documents in preparation for audits within the medical industry. I coordinated with various departments to gather all necessary records which helped streamline the audit process and ensured a successful outcome.

I excel in calendar management ensuring seamless coordination in meetings, appointments and deadlines. I prioritise tasks effectively to avoid scheduling conflicts.
